SCC AGM 2026
AGM. The Club AGM will be held on Thursday 28th May at 7.30pm at Number 44 in Stonehaven. The main item of business is to elect the Committee for the next year, so please consider if you would like to support the Club by getting involved on the Committee. All Committee positions are open on the night. The current committee/ positions are as follows: • Mo Howard – Membership • Jacqui Gill – Treasurer • Peter Henderson – Secretary • Andy Hinchcliffe – Training Co-ordinator • Pharic Campbell – Kit Co-ordinator • Donald Ballantyne – Ordinary Member • Ed Green – Ordinary Member We also have Social Secretary and Communications roles that need to be filled. So, we would like to invite members to join the committee and guide the Club forward. We also want your views on what you would like to see the Club doing in the future. SCC Hill Climb
SCC HILL CLIMB – Wednesday 4th June 2025 Stonehaven Cycling Club invite (& encourage) you to take part in the 2025 hill climb on4th June 2025. The event will be held on the AWCC hill climb route, Cryne Corse Road, just off the Slug Road in the shadow of the Durris mast, nr Mongour summit. Plenty time to put some specific power session into your training for this event OR plenty time to conjure up a convincing reason not to take part but attend to encourage your fellow riders up the hill! Combine it with your Wednesday training ride to see who really is fastest up the hills. A Spond event has been set-up for this event, please add you name if you plan to attend, also helps make arrangements for the number of riders expected as well as snacks and refreshments. This is open to CLUB MEMBERS ONLY. Closing date 3rd June 1800. We are also looking for some volunteers to help.
