Turbo Training
SCC Turbo Training starts on the 29th September '26. The structured Tuesday and Thursday sessions have been revamped by Kevin from Total Endurance. The sessions are a group event run over Zoom and start at 1830 prompt. A ZWO file is available for each session and this is uploaded to your chosen cycling software - zwift, fulgaz etc. There is a cost of £20 which will go directly to Scottish Air Ambulance, SCC's chosen charity of the year. Gravel Master Class
We are delighted to be hosting a Gravel Coaching session run by Keith Stocker. There will be 2 sessions and the cost is £25. SCC Members only. Further info from membership@stonehaven.bike
Winter Yoga and Pilates
We are offering SCC members yoga and or pilates sessions this winter. Great for improving your flexibility and core strength. Sessions are available by the block and more information is available from membership@stonehaven.bike
An evening with Markus Stitz
Markus Stitz, round-the-world cyclist, filmmaker, author and founder of Bikepacking Scotland. In 2016, Markus became the first person to cycle around the world on a single-speed bike, covering more than 34,000 km across 26 countries. Since then, he has inspired cyclists across the UK through his books, films, route development and engaging talks about adventure, endurance and exploring by bike. Join us for an inspiring evening of stories, stunning photography and practical insights from one of Scotland’s most influential voices in cycling and bikepacking. Whether you're an experienced rider or simply dreaming of your next adventure, or thinking about testing yourself with a day or multi day Bikepacking trio, Markus’s talk promises to entertain and motivate. SCC Weekend Away
Mar Lodge Bunkhouse for Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th October. I will be working Friday so will drive up after work. As such I can organise to collect and transport luggage. The cost will be £64 per person. Catering arrangements will be confirmed at a later date, (but will possibly be breakfast/ lunch - bring your own food and dinner both nights will be catered, with costs split and everyone will be expected to help). Spaces will be on a first come first served basis.
